What is your favorite tea served at Namaste?
I'm absolutely in love with the Tumeric Ginger Rooibos tea! It haunts my palette and makes me drool.
What is your favorite hike in Los Angeles?
My go-to hike is out of Brand Park in Burbank. It's like spending 30 minutes on a stairmaster, but with a view.
Hollye is passionate about living authentically with intention, self-awareness and compassion both on and off the mat. She is committed to holding a space for people to explore their own truths, grow and heal through physical practice, meditation and breathwork. As a lover of activity and former college athlete, Hollye initially came to yoga for the physical benefits. But soon she found so much more: mindfulness; compassion for self and others; connection to self and others; physical and mental strength; and overall feelings of nourishment, gratitude and well-being. Hollye’s classes are explorations into self-discovery with a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and ‘being here now’.
Hollye received her 200-hour certification fromYogaworks and her 300-hour certification from master teacher Annie Carpenter. She has had the great honor to have studied and practiced with teachers Jeanne Heileman, Maty Ezraty, Kathryn Budig, and Sarah Powers, among others. She is inspired daily by her teachers and students, her fuzzy beast Grey, great quotes, and Mother Nature. She is honored to have the privilege of sharing this practice with the creatures of this planet. She looks forward to sharing time and space with you on the mat.
Raised in the forests of Oregon, Hollye presently resides in Los Angeles. In addition to teaching yoga, she is a graphic designer, sewing teacher, hiker, rock climber, creature cuddler, and lover of delicious, nutrient-rich foods. Most of all, she is a human being.

Candlelight Flow & Restore
Recalibrate and restore. This class begins with 45-minutes of a vinyasa flow practice to build heat and release toxins, and is balanced by 30-minutes of sweet, passive yin-style poses held for an extended duration to release stress, connective tissue, and promote deep relaxation. Your body will feel free and open after having released deep tension, sending you into a good night's rest.
This mid-day flow class uses the breath to move through sun salutations and a sequence of fundamental yoga poses. With a focus on alignment, be prepared to explore both beginning and intermediate poses including twists, backbends and options for inversions and arm balances. You'll leave feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.
