CLASS PRICES

Rise and Shine
Start the day out right! Ease stiff joints, warm up the muscles, stretch your body, wake up the mind and start the day calm and energized.

$10 at 10am
A mid-morning mixed level flow community hatha yoga class for just $10. Drop in, breathe, move, and start the day out with a stretch.

Rasa Vinyasa
This vigorous Vinyasa Flow class will move you though a creative asana sequence - between angular, strength building masculine and fluid, circular, flexibility focused feminine. This class is less about perfection, more about self-expression.

Basics
Focus on basic postures and breath-work. Perfect for those beginning their yoga practice and for first time students or for more advanced students looking to slow down a little bit and get back to the basics.

Power Lunch/ Power Hour
This mid-day challenge links breath and movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the limits of your balance and flexibility.

Asanas for Creativity
Exercise your right brain, opening to greater creativity, vision, intuition and innovation though asanas, pranayama, kriyas, meditation. Ignite all five senses, open up and prepare for the flow of creativity.

Mixed Level Flow
Everyone is welcome to this moderately challenging class. This fun yoga flow provides enough detailed instruction for beginners, yet includes more challenging variations for those who seek a more advanced practice. Get sweaty and stretch linking breath to movement with an occasional arm balance or inversion.

Strong Flow
This vigorous Vinyasa Flow class will increase your endurance and test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Linking breath and movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures, this class often includes advanced postures such as handstands, arm balances or backbends.

Evening Glow
Unwind and renew with a steady vinyasa based practice with a focus on proper alignment, guided by the rhythm of your breath. Melt away stiffness, stress, and tension to kiss the day goodbye with a glow! Great for all levels.

Yoga Sculpt
Get ready to burn a lot of calories in this class - using weights to help sculpt and tone your body as you stretch and move through your yoga poses. You will work and sweat like nothing else in this power session, building strength, stamina, and flexibility.


Gentle/Restorative
Allow the body to renew by supporting oneself with props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) in this gentle, deep relaxation class. All levels are encouraged to de-stress, release built-up emotional and physical toxins, and receive the powerful benefits from a restorative practice. Prenatal/postnatal welcome.

Candlelight Flow
The perfect way to wind down the day! Get a work out in the first half of the class with vinyasa flow and melt onto the mat in the second part of class with slow, gentle, relaxing poses.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Each class and teacher is different, try them all!

We encourage everyone to bring their own yoga mat, although we do offer mats to borrow. You can also bring some water and a towel. You will get sweaty in most of our classes (with the exception of gentle, stretch, and restorative).
