What did you do before yoga found you?
Bethany teaches by the most important rule her first yoga teacher ever taught her, "Love holds the highest vibration." But, she likes to remind her students: love is not always sweet! Her classes are physically challenging, with a strong emphasis on constant connection to the body and breath and lots of hands-on adjustments. Bethany is continually inspired by the intersection of yoga and counseling, and she spends hours each week finding ways to artfully weave life themes into asana sequences. She is known for making those themes down-to-Earth, rooting them in her own experience of living with chronic illness. Bethany is honored to be a part of the staff at Mukti Yoga School, where she develops curriculum & leads teacher trainings. Bethany is a lululemon ambassador & yoga teacher to the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team.
While she's incredibly proud of these accomplishments, at the end of the day she's mostly proud to be a better person than she was yesterday, (FINALLY) have a meditation practice, and have a marriage that is a testament to the strength of love over struggle. She's also very proud of her pets, just ask.

Bethany Eanes instructs the following classes:
Mixed Level Flow
Linking breath, body and movement, the class will leave you feeling open, strong, and refreshed. Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice.
Align & Flow
Focused on alignment, the foundation for a safe, smart practice. Led to the sound of breath alone, we often use these alignment principles to build toward peak poses including arm balances & inversions. This class is safe for ALL LEVELS of students. Be prepared to explore traditional poses in greater depth, sweat, creating more awareness and stability in your body while possibly waking up muscles you never knew you had.
